Cut The Cheese in Public


I love cheese. So much so that the cheese wall at Central Market makes me swoon...and sometimes tear up a bit. But making cheese selections is an arduous task. If you pay $15 for a tiny wedge it better taste damn good...otherwise you're just a dumbass who paid $15 for stinky cheese.


So, in order to become a true cheese aficionado I recommend going back to school...cheese school that is. Scardello Artisan Cheese near the gayborhood in Dallas offers several classes. Start with Cheese 101...it's only $25 bucks!
