You probably remember Tre Wilcox from season 3 of Top Chef. He was from Dallas, so I cheered for him. But when he didn't win, I was ashamed. Perhaps he can win me back with a tasty, over-priced lunch at Loft 610 in Plano. He'll be the new executive chef there starting October 6. You won't be able to miss him...he'll be the buff black guy in the middle of a million hungry women. Swoon!
